Welcome to Fun Over Here ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our platform at funoverhere.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Fun Over Here. Users under 18 require parental consent. By creating an account, you confirm you meet the minimum age requirement.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your password or allow unauthorized access to your account. Notify us immediately at support@funoverhere.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable Conduct
You agree to use Fun Over Here in a lawful, respectful manner. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Harassing, bullying, or threatening other users
- Sharing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Impersonating other users or persons
- Attempting to hack, scrape, or disrupt the platform
- Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions
4. Content
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content on our platform. We may remove content that violates these terms.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
6. Limitation of Liability
Fun Over Here is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed any amounts you have paid us in the past 12 months.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

- Account data: Name, email address, password (hashed with Argon2id)
- Profile data: Photo, bio, location, pronouns, interests — all optional
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, device type (anonymized)
- Device fingerprint: Used to prevent fraud and limit multiple accounts per device
- Payment data: Processed securely by Stripe. We never store raw card numbers.
How We Use Your Data
- To operate and improve the platform
- To send transactional emails (verification, password reset)
- To detect and prevent fraud and abuse
- To provide AI-powered insights and recommendations (opt-out available)
- To comply with legal obligations
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (hosting, payment processing, email delivery) and as required by law.

Acceptable Use Policy

This policy defines what is and isn't acceptable on Fun Over Here. We are committed to keeping this community safe, respectful, and fun for everyone.
Prohibited Content
- Nudity, sexual content, or content sexualizing minors (zero tolerance)
- Content promoting violence, self-harm, or illegal activity
- Hate speech targeting any group based on identity
- Spam, phishing, or malicious links
- Misinformation designed to deceive
Enforcement
Violations are handled through our moderation system with 4 severity levels: warning, mute, restricted, and permanent ban. Severe violations (especially those involving minors) result in immediate permanent bans and may be reported to authorities.
Appeals
If you believe a moderation action was taken in error, you may submit an appeal through the app or by contacting support@funoverhere.com. We review all appeals fairly.
Reporting
Use the in-app report button on any profile or message to report violations. Safety reports sent to support@funoverhere.com with "SAFETY" in the subject are reviewed with priority.
Points & Purchase Terms

Fun Over Here offers an optional in-app points system. All core features are free. Points are purely optional for premium cosmetic extras.
What Points Are
Points are virtual currency used to purchase optional cosmetic items in the Fun Over Here store — including premium profile themes, exclusive badges, and special chat features. Points have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
Purchasing Points
Points packages may be purchased through the in-app store. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and our own purchase agreement.
Non-Refundable
Purchased points and items are generally non-refundable once used. See our Refund Policy below for exceptions.
Account Closure
If your account is terminated for TOS violations, any remaining points are forfeited. We strongly encourage you to use points before closing your account voluntarily.
Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. Here's our refund policy for point purchases:
Eligible Refunds
- Technical errors that resulted in a double charge
- Points not received after a successful payment
- Accidental purchases reported within 48 hours of transaction and where points have not been spent
Non-Eligible Refunds
- Points already spent on store items
- Requests made more than 30 days after purchase
- Accounts terminated for TOS violations
- Change of mind after points have been partially used
How to Request a Refund
Email support@funoverhere.com with your transaction ID, account email, and reason for the refund request. We aim to process all eligible refund requests within 5-7 business days.
